LONGS - Virginia Prince Cox, 86, of Cox Lane, died Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2000, at Loris Community Hospital after an illness. She was born Sept. 27, 1913, in Horry County, a daughter of the late John Marvin Prince and Fannie Rosetta Gause Prince. She was a homemaker and a member of Buck Creek Baptist Church.Survivors include her husband, Dayton Paul Cox; two sons, Jimmy Cox and Jerry Cox, both of Longs; two daughters, Etta Lawrimore of Florence and Faye King of Whiteville, N.C.; a brother, Otto Prince of Portsmouth, Va.; a sister, Caldonia Todd of Loris; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.The funeral will be at 3 p.m. today at Buck Creek Baptist Church. The Revs. Will Oswald and Billy Long. Burial will be in Buck Creek Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Buck Creek Baptist Church, 609 S.C. 905 North, Longs 29568. Hardwick Funeral Home is in charge
