Judy Gay Todd, 73, of Charles Town, West Virginia passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Henrico Hospital in Richmond, Virginia.

Born December 21, 1948 in Charles Town, West Virginia, she was the daughter of William Custer and the late Frances Walker Custer.

She was of Baptist faith.

In addition to her father, William Custer, Judy is survived by one daughter, Leslie “Shelly” Threadgill and husband William of Harpers Ferry; one son, Kirk Todd and wife Heather of Shepherdstown; special nephew, Scott Todd; eight grandchildren, Nichole Threadgill, Kody Todd, Dalton Threadgill, Hunter Todd, Maci Dunn, Trenton Todd, Jimmy and Jack Todd; three great-grandchildren, Nolan Todd, Karter Todd and Aerella Todd; special niece, Cook Brown; five sisters and two brothers.

In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Raxford Todd.

Services will be held on Tuesday, January 25, 2022 at 11:00am at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, 256 Halltown Road, Harpers Ferry, WV., with Pastor Bobby Brooks officiating. Interment will follow in Edge Hill Cemetery in Charles Town, WV.

The family will receive friends Monday, January 24, 2022 from 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
