Todd, James Nollie, 77, of Gibsonton, died Wednesday (Oct. 6, 1993) at Seven Rivers Community Hospital, Crystal River. He was born in Loris, S.C., and moved to Gibsonton from there 25 years ago. He was a commercial tugboat captain, had served in the U.S. Army and was a member of First Baptist Church of Gibsonton. Survivors include his wife, Delta I. Todd, Gibsonton; three sons, Nollie Todd , Riverview, Eugene Leonard Todd, Palm Beach Gardens, and Thomas Raxford Todd, Charleston, W. Va.; four daughters, Joann Moore, Hollyridge, N.C., Juanita Betancourt, LaBelle, and Joyce Catherine Rice and Joyce K. Eckart, both of Tampa; a brother, Edward B. Todd, Petersburg, Va.; three sisters, Anneree Gregory, Petersburg, Marie Adams, Wampee, S.C., and Eve lyn Todd, Loris; 24 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
