    Excerpt:

    Tract of land granted to Coll. Williams Waites in 1736 sold by said Wait to "My Father Nicholas Frink" now dead and by his last will and testament bequeathed to me and to my brother Epraim Frink, to be equally divided.
    This indenture made 3 Dec 1767 between Jabesh Frink of the Parish of All Saints in the County of Craven, Carpenter, with the consent of Nathan Frink and Ephraim Frink "my elder brothers" and also with the consent of "my nephew" John Frink, son of my deceased brother John Frink. For 20 pounds current money of the province aforesaid, 200 acres, being the half of the aformentioned tract of 400 acres and the Northernmost part adjoining the Province line being Ephraim Frink's half bequeathed by my father and sold and conveyed to Edward Wingate Sr 4 Aug 1750. The remaining southernmost part I hereby convey to David Hewitt.....
